My first impression of the beauty

of this place was the WINSTONkranich 9 hole course. I played it on my arrival day. The course is a demanding too. „The Par-3 is laid out in the style of the WINSTONopen and the WINSTONlinks and lends excitement to the game. At the same time you have an impression of the two 18 hole courses of WINSTONgolf.“

That’s true.

I found this landscape on the next days in both courses again. Later, on my way back, the driving range looked like a just landed UFO bringing light into the dark.

Set in an idyllic end moraine landscape with lakes,

rivers and woodland, WINSTONgolf is prepared to meet the demands of all classes of golfers with the WINSTONopen 18 hole championship course, the WINSTONlinks 18 holes course and the WINSTONkranich 9 hole course.

The 18 hole links course WINSTONlinks

is styled on British golf courses by the sea. The typical characteristics of these rough, windswept areas are therefore duplicated here: natural sandy hollows, small brooks and here and there very high dunes planted with broom and heather. Fast, often undulating fairways, sand and pot bunkers and hard, fast greens call for a precise game.

The 18 hole championship course

is a technically highly demanding golf course with international standard. Individually designed, well sheltered greens with putting conditions that meet the highest demands characterize the course. Individual greens are also laid out as refined classical golf land. (text from the WINSTONgolf website)
